Big Swede BBQ on the Local Tv Channel

On March 28 we had the opportunity to shoot a cooking segment for Channel 3 and their Your Life Arizona show. We had a blast - the hosts were super professional and we don't think we messed up too mush. Check out the segment in our multimedia section.

We cooked a traditional Toast Skagen, we grilled some lamb chops with a Blood Orange and Fennel Salad and we also cooked Salt Crusted Tai Snapper with wilted spinach.
